Constitutional amendment: Every American taxpayer gets lifetime free checking at all banks in which they have ownership interest or they have saved from collapse (ex., Citi, Bank of America, etc.) Balances over $! earn 1% interest.

Similarly, every citizen who purchases a GM automobile, gets free tires for the life of the vehicle.

Penalty phase: Every major "white collar" criminal involved in a global scam should be sentenced to the most severe punishment meted out by the country with the most extreme, sometimes Biblical, physical price, if that country has an interest in his business. (ex. public hand chopping.

Similarly, terrorists convicted of intent to do harm to the United States, should be forced, 'round the clock, to watch Lawrence Welk reruns.
